We are located in Hamilton, Ontario Canada which means fast shipping times in Canada and no border crossing head-aches. Local pickup is now available, please email us to discuss pickup.

Shipping is calculated based on weight, your shipping total will be displayed to you before final checkout. We ship using Canada Post Expedited Parcel within Canada with delivery standards are as follow; Expedited Parcel delivers the next business day locally, 1 to 3 business days regionally, and 2 to 7 business days nationally between major Canadian centres.

We ship Expedited parcel U.S.A. with delivery standards as follow; Expedited Parcel - U.S.A. has a delivery expectation of 6 to 12 business days between major centres in Canada and major centres in the U.S.A. (Some exceptions apply)

All shipments are insured and a tracking number is issued to you once your order is shipped. Tracking numbers are emailed at the end of the shipping day. We actively monitor our stock levels, so if you make an order, you can expect a tracking number within 48 hours, weekends excepted and usually withing 24 hours or even same day.

All orders are also insured against loss or damage, which is also included for FREE. While we have the ability to have others drop ship for us, we ship directly from our own warehouse.

In the event that you select money order, please use a Canada Post money order in Canada and International money order in Canadian funds from United States Postal Service if mailing from the U.S.A. The payment address will be presented to you during checkout. Please make money orders out to 'USB Toy Store'.
